Frank Lampard could consider a number of options as he pledges to return to management despite being burned twice by clubs, according to a new report.
The former West Ham and Chelsea midfielder has not found life easy on his transition to the dug-out.
First, he was fired as Chelsea manager in 2021, before being jettisoned from the hotseat at Everton back in January as the Toffees found themselves in the relegation fight.
While some might have believed Lampard, 44, could shun the management world after those experiences, he has vowed to keep on going, and The Sun report that he could find options at Leicester City, Southampton, Fulham or Crystal Palace.
Palace are seeking a new manager after removing Patrick Vieira from the role on Friday, and Lampard was one of those thought to be in the running for the top job at Selhurst Park.

Cole, 42, was Lampard’s assistant at Everton, and also exited Goodison Park in January as the club sought to shake things up in their search for safety.

Now assistant with the England under-21s, Cole said: ‘Frank would have had a lot of challenges that us, as coaches, weren’t aware of and stuff that was above us. How he has to manage up and manage the staff around him, of course it’s going to be difficult.
‘Maybe it was a transitional period for the club, (so) it was always going to be hard. It’s a humungous club. We wanted to do better for the club, but was it just that we were there are the wrong time?’
Under new management in the form of Sean Dyche, Everton have pushed themselves up the Premier League table, and now sit in 15th place.
Meanwhile, Sportsmail previously reported that Lampard is also in the running to become the next manager of the England Under-21s, alongside Scott Parker and Steven Gerrard.
