Dewayne Dedmon has declined his player option
The center has opted to become a free agent
Dewayne Dedmon has declined his $3 million player option. This is in line with what most thought would happen as Dedmon’s performance in his one year with the San Antonio Spurs was enough for him to get a nice raise.

Dedmon averaged 5.1 points and 6.5 rebounds in 2016-17, and started 37 games.
