Charles Barkley is at it again when asked about the defending world champs San Antonio Spurs he said the Spurs will not repeat and believes that the Dallas Mavericks are the best team in the Western Conference. This after the Mavs Tuesday night loss to the Spurs 101-100 in a game which the Spurs were missing three key players Kawhi Leonard, Tiago Splitter and Patty Mills.
