Breaking news from the Spurs front office it looks like Tiago Splitter may play against the Atlanta Hawks this Wednesday as he did workout today and looked good during practice. San Antonio head coach Greg Popovich when asked about how Tiago Splitter looked during practice today was quoted as saying “Oh he looks great,” Popovich said, jokingly. “On a scale of 1-10, he looked fine. Handsome kid.” With Tiago Splitter returning to the line up the Spurs will have another big man that can defend the paint when Timmy sits out as the Spurs have let teams score at will in the paint in the absence of Splitter.
