Beware NBA The Spurs Are Coming!

The San Antonio Spurs have been anything but subtle in their off-season tactics this year as they have aggressively pursued free agents. The Spurs front office came out and attacked like some ninja assassins. Before anyone around the NBA knew what happened the Spurs signed Kawhi Leonard and Danny Green. Then in a blink of an eye Tim Duncan, Coach Pop and Patty Mills were off to LA to meet with LaMarcus Aldridge. Then on the plane ride back Tim Duncan talks with coach Pop and decides to play another year with the Spurs. The 4th of July comes and we get the biggest news of the year LaMarcus Aldridge is a Spur. Fast forward 48 hours and Manu Ginobili decides to play one more year and David West is now a Spur? Are you kidding me? Spurs Nation hasn’t even had time to catch its breath, but you know quietly, somehow the Spurs have manged to assemble a dangerous team. With a starting five of Tim Duncan, LaMarcus Aldridge, Tony Parker, Kawhi Leonard, and Danny Green, beware NBA the Spurs are coming. This year the Spurs are coming to take back what is rightfully theirs the NBA Championship.
