A teenager was hospitalized Tuesday night after he was shot outside a South Side apartment complex.
San Antonio police said the 16-year-old victim was outside the Villa De Oro Apartment Homes, near the 100 block of Camino De Oro, arguing with another male at around 11 p.m.

Witnesses told police they heard shots fired and then found the teen outside with a gunshot wound to the leg. The shooter fled the scene on foot.
The teen was taken to University Hospital in stable condition.
Police have not located the the shooter.
