Report: The NBA told teams to prepare for playing games without fans

This is a possible safety plan in response to the Coronavirus outbreak.

According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, the NBA has reportedly sent out a memo to its franchises telling them to prepare for the possibility of playing games without any fans in attendance due to the coronavirus outbreak. In this case, only essential personnel would be allowed in the building.

The NBA has already advised players not to high-five fans due to the potential spread of illness and has advised anyone who shows any signs of illness to stay away from games. As of now, the Spurs have not confirmed receiving this memo. If anymore comes from this report we will let you know.
