LMA and Academy Sports + Outdoors brighten up the holiday season.

On Wednesday, LaMarcus Aldridge made a an appearance at Academy with some special guests.

Academy Sports + Outdoors teamed up with San Antonio Spurs forward LaMarcus Aldridge to provide five military families with a special holiday shopping spree. Each family will be given a $1,000 Academy gift card to shop the store with LaMarcus for items on their holiday wish list including jackets, footwear, team sports equipment, toys and more.

LaMarcus has been personally creating and funding projects to help advance student learning, get ready for the school year, and now he’s gone out of way to honor military families and help them celebrate the holidays.

The Spurs’ Season of Giving just keeps on rolling.

Tonight the Spurs host the Los Angeles Clippers. Let’s root on the good guys as they hold of a revenge game against southern Cal’s other team.
