Welcome to the NBA Draft Thread. Veterans of Game Threads know how we do things around here, but for all you newbies we have a few rules. Our community guidelines apply and basically say be cool, no personal attacks, don’t troll and don’t swear too much.
After the Spurs were eliminated in the first round of the playoffs by the Denver Nuggets, fans have had a lot of time to think about how the Silver and Black is going to get better next year. The first step will be tonight’s draft where they can add players to take on the loaded Western Conference. Will they trade up, trade down, or use their 19th pick and the 29th pick on building blocks and re-sign key veterans like Rudy Gay to improve on last year’s squad?
