NBA All Star Game will no longer feature east vs west
This season, the NBA will select player captains to draft the all star teams
The NBA has changed the format of the All Star game. This change likely came due to the fact that the only true NBA All Star in the eastern conference was Lebron James.

The new form of the all star game is more of a schoolyard style. This should also play into the beef between NBA superstars such as Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant, or Lebron James and Kyrie Irving. How do you think this will work for the league?
